Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Unified Communications & Power BI Specialist
to manage and evolve general corporate telephony solutions, including
Microsoft Teams Phone
and
Genesys Cloud Contact Center
. The role combines telephony operations, VoIP support, platform administration, and Power BI analytics in a global enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Unified Communications & Telephony
- Deploy and manage
Microsoft Teams Telephony
across global sites.
- Implement and maintain
Genesys Cloud
for Customer Contact Center (CCC) environments.
- Manage telephony migrations, upgrades, expansions, and relocations.
- Act as an escalation point for telephony incidents.
- Provide L2/L3 support for communication platforms.
Voice & Network Operations
- Analyze call flows and troubleshoot issues using
Wireshark
.
- Review and troubleshoot
SIP/RTP
traffic.
- Support network-related issues involving Firewalls, NAT, and VoIP connectivity.
- Administer
Session Border Controllers (AudioCodes, Ribbon)
and IP telephony devices.
- Monitor telecommunications systems and services.
Power BI & Reporting
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Manage Power BI Service, including workspaces, datasets, permissions, and governance.
- Optimize data models, DAX calculations, and report performance.
- Integrate data from APIs, databases, and Excel sources.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define reporting requirements.
Required Skills
- Microsoft Teams Telephony (Direct Routing, Operator Connect).
- Genesys Cloud (Customer Contact Center).
- AudioCodes and/or Ribbon SBCs.
- VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP).
- Wireshark traffic analysis.
- Network troubleshooting (Firewall, NAT).
- Power BI (Data Modeling, DAX, Power Query).
- Power BI Service Administration.
- Data integration via APIs, databases, and Excel.
- Systems monitoring and operations support
