What will you do?

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be a key contact for members of an international airline loyalty programme.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* Customer support: Respond to customer enquiries in Dutch via email and other communication channels.
* Loyalty programme assistance: Help members understand their accounts, miles, rewards and membership benefits.
* Travel-related enquiries: Provide guidance on bookings and services connected to the loyalty programme.
* Problem-solving:



Investigate customer issues, manage complaints and follow up until a solution is reached.
* Customer experience: Deliver clear, professional and personalised support in every interaction.
* Accurate documentation: Update customer records and document interactions using CRM tools.
* Service quality: Follow established procedures and contribute to continuous improvements in customer satisfaction.
