Technical Support Intern – Barcelona

We are looking for a curious, motivated, and detail-oriented Technical Support Intern to join our Tech and Product team in Barcelona.

Flowbox is a SaaS company founded in 2016. Our platform enables brands to collect, manage, and publish User Generated Content (UGC) across their marketing and E-commerce channels.

Earlier this year, Flowbox acquired the Danish company Dreaminfluence, a leading influencer & content creator marketing platform.

Post-acquisition, Flowbox now serves more than 1,000 customers and employs over 50 people across offices in Stockholm, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen.

About the team

You will be part of our Tech and Product organisation, working closely with Engineering, Product Management, and our customer-facing teams (Customer Success, Support, and Sales).

The Technical Support team’s mission is to ensure Flowbox runs smoothly for every client, resolve technical issues efficiently, and continuously improve the quality and reliability of our platform.

As an intern,



you will join this team with a strong learning focus, receiving close guidance and hands-on exposure to real production systems.

Your mission

You will support the Technical Support team by helping diagnose issues, investigate technical behaviours, and document findings, while learning how a SaaS product operates in real customer environments.

What you will do

A regular day will include:
- Assisting in handling technical questions from internal teams, mainly Customer Success and Support
- Reviewing basic implementation setups, embed codes, scripts, and integrations under guidance
- Investigating issues using browser DevTools, logs, and step-by-step reproductions
- Helping document bugs clearly and providing structured information to Engineering
- Contributing to and updating internal technical documentation and playbo
