Job Description
- TDP member will spend three years as a full-time salary employee in the program, completing three separate professional work assignments geared towards the following potential opportunities:
- Engineering
- Manufacturing
- Quality
- Science & Technology
- Purchasing and Supplier Management
- Supply Chain

- Report to a department manager in each assignment who will oversee the day-to-day responsibilities.
