We are looking for a Commis, Bakery, W Costa Navarino (2027) to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will support the preparation of high-quality breads, pastries and bakery products while developing your baking skills under the guidance of senior chefs, ensuring consistency, quality and full compliance with hygiene, food safety and HACCP standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and baking of bread, rolls, pastries and other bakery products, following the guidance of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Follow established recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency, quality and timely service.
- Assist with daily mise en place, organization of ingredients and bakery stock, including proper labelling, storage
