Export Manager
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Export Manager will be responsible for driving the commercial expansion and business development, mainly across the Maghreb but also around other Africa regions. He/she will identify new market opportunities, design and implement strategic growth plans, and manage and expand the regional distributor network. Additionally, he/she will represent the company at international trade fairs and events, oversee the end-to-end export process by coordinating commercial, administrative, and logistical operations, and collaborate closely with internal Sales and Marketing teams to achieve corporate targets.



The position also encompasses analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and profitability indicators, managing export budgets, and conducting frequent international travel across assigned territories (approximately 40-50% of the time).

We are looking for a person with a degree in Agricultural Engineering, Technical Agricultural Engineering, or an equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by specialized training in International Trade, Business Development, or International Business. Candidates must bring between 3 and 5 years of commercial experience within the agricultural or agribusiness sector, with a proven track record in international business development and distributor management across African markets, specifically Maghreb. A strong background in plant nutrition, fertilizers, crop protection, seeds, or biostimulants is highly desirable. xghoner Fluency in English, French, and Spanish is required.
