We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will lead and support your team, ensuring smooth operations, effective task allocation and consistent food quality. You will oversee production in line with Brand Standards and the Executive Chef’s direction, while supporting menu development, cost control and team planning. You will work closely with other departments, address guest requests and support team development.
