The Opportunity

As an IT SecOps Consultant, you will join the SecOps team working inside a technical security office for leading clients in Spain. Your mission is to keep their IT security environment secure and reliable. You will manage requests and incidents from start to finish across a broad security technology stack,



and you will be a technical reference for both clients and junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage security requests and incidents from start to finish: diagnose issues, identify the root cause, resolve them and coordinate escalation where required.
- Operate and administer security technologies including EDR, firewalls, network access control (NAC), privileged access management (PAM), secure remote access, proxy, microsegmentation and multi-factor authentication.
- Analyse security events and alerts from SIEM and monitoring platforms, investigating anomalies and driving them to resolution.
- Perform and support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, proposing and implementing remediation measures.
- Prepare clear technical and service reports for clients, turning findings into actionable recommendations.
