We are looking for a Agent, Guest Service to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will provide warm, professional and efficient service throughout the guest stay, handling check-in and check-out, guest requests, payments and other Front Office activities while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

- Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to guest requests, enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up.
