The Account Manager serves as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of existing enterprise-level clients operating in the Luxury Fashion, Retail & Cosmetics vertical. Their prime focus is on expanding partnerships, introducing new AI-enabled and digital solutions, and increasing account value through consultative engagement.

The role requires a commercially-driven professional capable of engaging Digital, Marketing, eCommerce, and Operational stakeholders in conversations around general growth, workflow modernization, and scalable content and technology solutions.
Position responsibilities:
- Adopt a consultative sales approach, serving as a strategic partner for assigned clients and aligning solutions with client needs
- Monitor account performance and proactively identify and drive expansion opportunities through up-selling activities




- Generate new business relationships and execute cross-selling activities through proactive requests for referrals, industry networking, digital outreach, and participation in trade events
- Develop an understanding of client business models and identify and pitch international growth strategies, positioning TransPerfect's AI-enabled content, technology, and global solutions within broader digital transformation and operational initiatives
- Collaborate with Production and Technology teams to support smooth implementations and contribute to client satisfaction
- With the support of Management, define pricing strategies, participate in contractual discussions, and revenue forecasting with Accounting teams

Essential skills & experience required:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
- Native level of French
- Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to build, develop, and maintain long-term professional relat
