We are looking for a Trainee Agent, Guest Experience to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will support the Guest Experience team in delivering personalized and attentive service while gaining hands‑on experience and developing your guest service skills within a luxury five-star environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and farewell guests in the lobby and assist with welcoming amenities and room escorts.
- Provide guests with information about the Resort, local attractions and services.
- Assist with guest celebrations and special arrangements to create memorable experiences.
