In this role you design analog and mixed-signal ICs for power management using advanced BiCMOS/DMOS processes. You will contribute across the product development cycle and influence devices for portable and non-portable markets. The position emphasizes end-to-end design, verification, and layout supervision within a collaborative, fast-growing semiconductor team. You’ll work on impactful power-management solutions for communications and computing devices, shaping how power is delivered in modern electronics. This is a hands-on opportunity to advance innovative ICs in a general leader’s portfolio.

• Participate in the full product development cycle from definition to release
• Work on sub-block level design, including verification and layout supervision
• Contribute to analog and mixed-signal xghoner IC design activities using BiCMOS/DMOS technologies

Responsabilidades
• BSEE / MSEE / PhD with a solid base in analog circuit design
• 2-3 years of experience in analog design
• Effective communication and written skills in English
