We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the Demi Chef and Chef de Partie in the preparation, production and service of dishes at your assigned station, while ensuring compliance with departmental procedures, food quality, hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Follow standard recipes and preparation and presentation methods in line with hotel standards and the instructions of the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine.
- Maintain good knowledge of the menu, ingredients, portion sizes and cooking methods and timings, ensuring the correct preparation and presentation of dishes.
