Responsibilities




- Welcome and assist customers by phone and email.
- Support travelers with their online bookings.
- Provide personalized post-sales support: Ensure that bookings have been properly received by our partners.
- Handle customers’ special requests.
- Manage booking modifications and cancellations.
- Oversee administrative aspects, including organizing activities and transfers.
- Sending travel documents.
- Contribute to achieving the company’s performance and customer satisfaction goals.

Profile
- Native French speaker and fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Strong interest in sales and business development, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Enjoy challenges and customer interaction.
- Knowledge of project management and data analysis is a plu
