Senior Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to join a growing performance marketing company specialising in affiliate solutions for online businesses.

The role will focus on acquiring new publishers, developing existing partnerships and driving traffic, conversions and revenue through a performance-driven affiliate network.

Responsibilities:

- Identify, acquire and onboard new publishers, building long-term commercial relationships.

- Manage and optimise existing publisher partnerships to maximise performance and revenue.

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through calls, emails, meetings and industry events.

- Work closely with advertisers and internal sales teams to understand acquisition needs and identify growth opportunities.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and implement initiatives to improve results.

- Forecast revenue and ensure KPIs, traffic and revenue targets are met or exceeded.

- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.





- Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, market developments and industry best practices.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within an affiliate network.

- Strong existing network of publishers and proven experience acquiring new partners.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of campaign performance metrics.

- Commercially driven, proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to identify and close opportunities quickly.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluent English is required; Ukrainian and/or Russian would be a plus.

- Good knowledge of MS Office.

Nice to have:

- Technical understanding of ad operations, campaign tracking and affiliate marketing tools.
