Agent (Contemporary Music)

WME seeks an exceptional, highly connected and entrepreneurial individual to become a Music Agent and key representative for the company in Ibiza. Based full-time on the island, this person will be mentored, trained and positioned to act as the next generation of WME's eyes and ears on the ground: developing and maintaining relationships across Ibiza's music, nightlife, hospitality, cultural, political, social and commercial communities, while creating stronger connections between the island and WME's wider general business.

The role will initially have a strong focus on music and bookings, particularly across WME's Electronic and Latin businesses, but is deliberately broader in scope. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a deep understanding of WME's different departments and identify opportunities for the company across brands, fashion, commercial partnerships and other areas of the business. This is a relationship-led role for someone who is curious, culturally aware, commercially minded and capable of becoming a trusted presence within the Ibiza community.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Ibiza's music, nightlife, hospitality, cultural, social, political and commercial landscape, providing ongoing market intelligence, trend analysis and insights to support WME's strategic objectives, clients and partners

Serve as WME's on-the-ground representative in Ibiza, building and sustaining trusted relationships with venues, promoters, hospitality groups, cultural organizations, institutions, local decision-makers and other key stakeholders across the island

Monitor market developments,



emerging trends and new opportunities across entertainment, hospitality, tourism and culture, identifying areas of relevance and potential growth for WME

Develop expertise in WME's booking business, systems and processes, while cultivating a strong understanding of the Electronic and Latin music sectors and their relationship to the Ibiza market

Support and strengthen relationships between WME agents and Ibiza-based venues, promoters and partners, facilitating communication, collaboration and opportunity development

Coordinate regular Ibiza-focused business reviews, maintain current territory intelligence, and drive alignment, information-sharing and follow-through across relevant teams

Establish meaningful, long-term relationships throughout Ibiza's communities through regular engagement, meetings and events that deepen WME's understanding of the island's evolving culture, opportunities and challenges

Organize and facilitate industry discussions, roundtables and networking opportunities, while connecting relevant local organizations, businesses and individuals with the appropriate WME teams and resources

Develop a broad understanding of WME's capabilities across music, brands, commercial partnerships, fashion and other business areas,



identifying opportunities where Ibiza intersects with multiple parts of the organization

Foster cross-functional collaboration by connecting Ibiza-based opportunities with the appropriate internal teams and supporting initiatives that span multiple business lines

Proactively identify, evaluate and help develop new business and revenue opportunities in Ibiza, including commercial partnerships, brand activations, cultural initiatives, hospitality collaborations and other strategic ventures

Contribute to the long-term strategy for WME's presence and growth in Ibiza by helping transform emerging opportunities from concept through execution in partnership with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Exceptional relationship-builder, comfortable operating across diverse communities and environments

Comfortable communicating with contacts across industries, including Music, Hospitality, Tourism, Brands and more

Highly organized and capable of identifying and converting high-volume networking into actionable opportunities for the Agency and its clients

Naturally curious with strong commercial instincts and an entrepreneurial mindset

Proactive self-starter, comfortable working independently while remaining closely connected to international organization

Excellent interpersonal judgement, discretion and cultural sensitivity

Strong knowledge of Ibiza preferred

Fluency in both English and Spanish required; additional languages are a plus

Must currently live in, or be willing to relocate to, Ibiza, Spain and meet all local residency and employment requirements
