Job DescriptionAs a Warehouse & Distribution Logistics Analyst, you will support the efficient movement of materials and finished goods within a Just-in-Time (JIT)
manufacturing environment in Vigo. You will help ensure inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and on-time customer deliveries while partnering closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to support operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Monitor material flow to ensure timely supply of components to production lines.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to support JIT operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counting activities.
- Analyze inventory, transportation, and warehouse performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Resolve material shortages, delivery issues, and inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and transportation teams to meet customer requirements.
- Support shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution processes within the warehouse.
