How to become an asset for our team:

Manage the branch office and support the team in daily operations

Set, communicate, and drive individual and team objectives

Monitor branch performance and ensure budget targets are achieved

Hire and onboard new employees to support branch growth

Several years of leadership experience within the freight forwarding and logistics industry

Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes

Experience managing strategically important customers

Enjoy working with customers and international business partners

Entrepreneurial thinking and strong analytical skills

Excellent Spanish and English language skills

Confident, professional, and credible presence
