BettingJobs is partnering with an ambitious, growth-focused iGaming business to appoint a

Business Development Director . This is a senior, fully remote role at the centre of the company's commercial expansion. You'll open new markets, land strategic partnerships and shape the next phase of growth for a business that's investing seriously in its future.

You'll own the business development strategy end to end, from identifying high-value opportunities and building a strong pipeline through to negotiating and closing deals that move the needle. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll have real influence over commercial direction. It would suit a well-networked iGaming dealmaker who thrives on autonomy and wants a strategic seat at the table.

Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver the business development strategy across new and existing markets

Identify, negotiate and close strategic partnerships and commercial deals





Build and manage a robust pipeline, forecasting revenue against ambitious targets

Represent the business at industry events and with senior stakeholders

Collaborate with product, marketing and compliance to bring partnerships to market

Analyse market trends and competitor activity to spot new growth opportunities

Proven senior business development experience within iGaming or sports betting An established network across operators, suppliers and affiliates A strong track record of closing high-value B2B deals

Solid understanding of regulated markets and licensing landscapes

Confident negotiator and communicator at C-suite level

Self-motivated and comfortable leading in a remote-first environment
