The organization has a strong presence across Iberia and operates in highly collaborative environments where the Insights & Analytics teams play a key role in commercial strategy.

Currently, we are looking for a Commercial Analytics Specialist to join the Iberia Insights & Analytics team, supporting the organization's analytical, reporting, and data management needs. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with initial experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or commercial operations who are looking to develop their careers within the pharmaceutical industry.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Prepare and maintain recurring sales, market, and commercial performance reports.
- Manage and maintain market databases for Spain and Portugal.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data used by the commercial organization.
- Perform testing, validation, and user support activities related to dashboards and reporting.
- Manage and validate data from multiple sources, including sales, CRM, financial information, and market data.
- Identify data inconsistencies and perform quality checks.
- Support issue resolution in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Maintain operational procedures and analytical process documentation.




- Support target-setting activities and incentive compensation validation.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify key business trends.
- Support analytical and reporting requests from different Business Units.
- Contribute to the preparation of management presentations and business review materials.

What are the requirements?

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or related areas.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong data handling capabilities.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
- Ability to work comfortably with large datasets.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Nice to have:

- Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, or consulting.
- Knowledge of Portuguese would be an advantage.
