As a Contract Expert, you act as the neutral guardian of contractual terms within Airbus Helicopters. You will operate in a new Center of Excellence, protecting profitability and embedding a strong contract culture across units. You will interpret Tu0026amp;Cs, manage strategic claims, and advise on risk-mitigating strategies while staying connected to operations.

- Advise on negotiation strategies to mitigate supplier failures and draft complex Tu0026Cs
- Document lifecycle changes and optimize data capture using CLM tools
- Deliver training modules to operational teams to improve risk prevention and contract culture
- Act as the internal neutral counter-power to enforce contract adherence
- Identify and recover margin, aiming for improvement on strategic contracts
- Oversee transversal Tu0026Cs stewardship across AH, AHD, and AHE

Responsabilidades

- Expertise in complex xugodme contract drafting and aerospace/defense Tu0026Cs
- Understanding of contractual impact on margin and financial performance
- Operational independence and integrity to act as a neutral counter-power
- Strong collaboration and ability to influence within matrix organizations
- Proficiency with continuous improvement methodologies (LBIP+) and CLM tools
- Fluent English; knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is advantageous
