The position We are looking for a proactive IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be the go-to person for ensuring that our employees have the tools, support, and guidance they need to work efficiently and securely. You will handle everything from troubleshooting day-to-day IT issues to managing critical infrastructure, including network connectivity, endpoint security, and device management.
Responsibilities
Handling Helpdesk Tickets IT support for office infrastructure - WiFi, Network Connectivity Managing devices through WorkspaceOne Management of Endpoint Security through Carbon Black Onboarding and Offboarding users Image laptops to get them ready and wipe laptops according to procedures Keep records of assets up to date You will also collaborate with the wider general team to streamline operating procedures and enhance the experience for IT users
You have
Experience of helpdesk and desktop support Ambitious, driven,
