After Sales Manager – Spanish & French – Industrial Sector

Job Responsibilities
Lead the after‑sales service team to ensure timely and high‑quality support for industrial equipment across European markets. Develop and execute after‑sales strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, reduce downtime, and increase equipment uptime. Manage warranty claims, service contracts, and spare‑parts logistics while maintaining cost efficiency. Serve as the primary liaison for Spanish‑ and French‑speaking customers, providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training. Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales departments to resolve complex technical issues and drive continuous product improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) and report results to senior management. Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs and field service schedules.



Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, service partners, and key accounts in the industrial sector. Prepare and present regular after‑sales performance reports, forecasts, and budget proposals.
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field. Fluent in both Spanish and French (written and spoken). Proficiency in English is required. Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, or heavy‑industry after‑sales processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing multicultural teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical data and market trends. Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems SAP, Salesforce) and MS Office suite.
