Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams, fostering ownership, collaboration, and technical excellence

Coach and develop engineers through feedback, mentorship, and career development

Set team vision and strategy for using technology, data, and AI to scale marketing, acquisition, and measurement

Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities with Product, Marketing, and Data

Own execution and delivery, turning strategy into plans and balancing speed, quality, and reliability

Guide system design and architectural decisions and help teams navigate technical trade-offs

Improve code quality, reliability, observability, security, and development processes

Align with Marketing, SEO, Brand, Product, Data, and Legal on priorities and outcomes, ensuring reliable tracking, high-quality data, and responsible privacy and consent practices

Требования

Strong software engineering background 4+ Years of experience leading and developing engineering teams

Track record of delivering business-critical products or platforms

Experience in MarTech, AdTech,



Growth, tracking and attribution, paid marketing, or SEO platforms, or related experience building data-intensive systems, automation, or platforms supporting marketing and business teams

Able to set clear expectations, give actionable feedback, and support engineers through coaching, mentorship, and career development

Able to guide architectural discussions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and partner with senior engineers on technical strategy

Able to work closely with Product, Marketing, and Data to identify opportunities, set priorities, and drive measurable outcomes

Able to turn broad goals into realistic plans, manage dependencies, and balance speed, quality, and reliability

Clear communicator who leads with empathy, transparency, and accountability and creates an environment where people can challenge ideas, learn, and take ownership
