: Your next adventure awaits Our EY-Parthenon Off-cycle Program offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to one of the areas of Strategy & Transactions while working as an intern on real projects with high-performing teams in our Barcelona office.
From your very first day, you will:
Work alongside consultants, managers and partners on strategic and transactional projects. Contribute to analyses that influence key business decisions. Develop problem-solving, analytical and communication skills at an accelerated pace. Learn in an environment that combines intellectual rigor, collaboration and continuous feedback. Build a network of mentors and colleagues who will support your professional development. Have the ability to be hired if performed satisfactorily during the internship and be offered an indefinite contract and the possibility to participate in our EY-Parthenon Rotation Program. Our 6 month off-cycle program offers you the opportunity to explore one of the fields in our strategy and transactions area:
M&A; :Helps enable strategic growth through better integrated and operationalized mergers and acquisitions. Project Finance & Modelling : Helps develop and review financial models for energy and infrastructure projects by assessing assumptions, risks, and outcomes to ensure the technical and financial consistency of the models. The main objective is to provide assurance to clients and investors throughout every stage of the project, from structuring to financial close. Valuations : Analyzing businesses for growth opportunities and helping them gain a competitive edge. Transaction Diligence : Helps clients in buying or selling businesses by analyzing financial, commercial, and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and value drivers. The
