Role Overview
Installation & commissioning of lithium-ion energy storage systems (containerized solutions) across EMEA and occasionally worldwide
Operation & maintenance support for existing lithium-ion products
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and understand customer applications
Adapt system configurations (battery solutions, power systems, electrical infrastructure) to customer needs
Ensure proper conditions of use and maintenance on‑site
Support customers and demonstrate solution reliability compared to competitors
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in coordination with engineering teams
Provide remote monitoring and diagnostics support
Train local partners and subcontractors on maintenance procedures
Support bidding processes with field expertise
Continuously develop product and market knowledge
Contribute to defining service strategies and best practices
Ensure safety, reliability, and operational standards are implemented on‑site
