Reporting to a senior executive within the Innovation organization, the successful candidate will:

Lead and transform the Medical function, driving its strategic positioning across the organization.

Partner closely with Commercial and cross-functional teams to support business growth, portfolio development and medical strategy across key therapeutic areas including Ophthalmology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Urology and Consumer Health.

Build strong relationships with international partners, distributors and external stakeholders.

Contribute to licensing opportunities, partnerships, due diligence processes and portfolio evaluation initiatives.

Drive scientific excellence and ensure Medical Affairs becomes a key contributor to business decision-making.

Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams covering Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance and Scientific Training.

Establish new processes, governance models and ways of working that support organizational effectiveness and future growth.

Actively contribute to innovation initiatives and future business opportunities.
