Задачи

Develop a deep understanding of the EMEA business, operating context, and market dynamics to align AI-powered talent strategies with business priorities

Partner with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor, providing predictive analytics and data-backed insights to influence talent decisions across functions

Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create scalable and adaptable talent solutions, including AI-enhanced hiring frameworks

Collaborate with functional teams within EMEA to deliver talent acquisition solutions

Design and implement multi-channel talent sourcing strategies using generative AI, automated candidate engagement, and intelligent sourcing platforms to build diverse pipelines

Lead quarterly talent acquisition planning, using predictive hiring models to set goals, track execution, and ensure closure

Contribute to regional and integral strategic initiatives involving emerging HR technology and AI capabilities

Drive talent acquisition effectiveness through goal setting, metric-driven performance management, and continuous improvement of AI workflows, processes, and outcomes

Own and monitor effectiveness and efficiency metrics, use analytics to evaluate impact, eliminate bias in AI screening tools, inform decisions, and optimize results

Ensure follow-through, accountability, and ownership across talent acquisition deliverables

Inspire, coach, and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, fostering engagement, resilience, AI fluency, and ownership

Model positive leadership behaviours, integrity, and ethical AI usage

Build an inclusive, feedback-rich team culture that values continuous learning, adaptability, and personal growth

Use AI-driven insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement

Требования

15+ Years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 5+ years in people management roles

Deep specialisation in Talent Acquisition for technical roles within technology companies

Ability to translate business strategy into talent strategy, with commercial acumen, market intelligence, AI-driven sourcing platforms, and workforce insights across EMEA

Success building and executing data-driven, multi-channel sourcing strategies using AI tools for candidate discovery, nurturing, and pipeline creation

Strong metrics ownership and operational discipline, including defining success measures, using talent analytics, tracking outcomes, and driving improvement through data and automation

Experience leading quarterly planning cycles with goal setting, tracking, and closure

Track record as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, influencing talent decisions with evidence-based recommendations and predictive talent analytics

People leadership skills, including inspiring, coaching, and developing high-performing, digitally fluent teams

Growth mindset, openness to feedback, curiosity about AI technologies, and willingness to challenge traditional approaches

Comfortable contributing to strategic initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring, including modern talent acquisition technology, innovation, and change agility at scale

Strong collaboration skills, ability to co-create solutions across functions, adapt to emerging needs, and work effectively in a matrixed environment

Условия The role is based in Spain or Serbia Hybrid arrangements require onsite work at least 3 days per week in locations where the workplace policy applies, including Belgrade and Barcelona. Workplace type may vary by location and team requirements
