Description This position manages the day-to-day operations in accordance with state and local laws and TPG policies for carrying out the mandates of each of our clients. * Oversee service contracts for goods and services * Visit portfolio of properties assigned to you on an as-needed basis to ensure all maintenance standard requirements are met; maintain contact with on-site staff, if applicable * Arrange for emergency repairs on common elements * Determine cost-effective action for routine/general repairs on common elements * Coordinate vendors and negotiate contracts * Review financial statements and delinquencies * Assist Board with financial planning and budget preparation * Develop and document pertinent matters (e.g., boiler rooms, sprinkler valves, irrigation systems, etc.) * Prepare correspondence to unit owners on behalf of the Board, as necessary, re: association matters, violations, complaints, etc.
