Our client, an established venture capital investor based in Spain, is looking for an Associate to join its investment team. The role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior investment professionals on sourcing, evaluating and executing investments across high-growth businesses.
The Role
- Source and assess new investment opportunities across technology and high-growth sectors
- Conduct company, market and competitive analysis to evaluate investment opportunities
- Build financial models, valuations and investment cases to support investment decisions
- Support due diligence and transaction execution from initial screening through to completion
- Prepare investment memos and portfolio materials and support senior team members in portfolio monitoring
Your Profile
- 2–3 years of experience within Venture Capital, Growth Equity or a similar investment environment
- Strong financial analysis, valuation and commercial assessment skills
- Demonstrable interest in technology, innovation and high-growth businesses
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of ownership and excellent attention to detail
- Native-level Spanish and fluency in English are mandatory
