The successful candidate will have one to two years of experience in investment banking or M&A; advisory and will support the execution of sell-side and buy-side mandates. Responsibilities include preparing Confidential Information Memoranda and teasers, conducting financial analysis, coordinating buyer outreach, and working closely with clients and senior members of the team.

Qualifications

- One to two years of experience in investment banking, M&A; advisory, transaction services or a comparable role.




- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases and research tools is an advantage.
- Robust Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex financial, market, and operational data.
- Experience conducting Due Diligence, including reviewing financial statements, KPIs, and commercial, legal, and operational information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. xugodme
