Solid experience with

C#

(.NET), Java or other comparable object oriented language

(technology-agnostic mindset required). Proven expertise in designing solutions and selecting the right technologies to meet business requirements, rather than gravitating toward familiar tools. Strong background in system and process integration , ideally in

ERP-related or internal business processes . Interest in exploring and mastering the

MuleSoft ecosystem

(prior experience is beneficial). Knowledge and experience with

AI-assisted development is highly valuable. Knowledge of

Microservices ,

REST/SOAP APIs , and





SQL/NoSQL databases . Familiarity with

Kubernetes ,

AWS ,

DevOps practices and observability tools ( Grafana,

Application Insights) . Comfortable with collaborative methodologies such as

Pair Programming/Mob Programming . Team-oriented with value stream and customer oriented mindset . University degree or higher vocational training in computer science with practical experience (5-10 years). German language is a big plus but not required.
