Forget maintaining legacy setups—this is your launchpad to build, automate, and own our next-generation VMware Private Cloud ecosystem.

We’re looking for a

VMware SDN Authority to take the wheel on our network architecture. If you live and breathe NSX, speak BGP fluently, and love automating infrastructure as code, you’ll fit right in.

Why you’ll love it here:

We ditch toxic hustle culture for true work-life balance, psychological safety, and radical technical ownership. You bring the vision; we give you the runway.

The Mission

Mastermind the Fabric

Design ultra-resilient, multi-tenant network architectures powered by

VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)

and

NSX/NSX-T .

Automate Everything

Ditch manual configs—build seamless, CI/CD-driven workflows using Python, Terraform, and Ansible.

Bridge the Clouds

Hook our private cloud natively into AWS, Azure, and GCP while keeping security tight with micro-segmentation.

Lead & Mentor:

Be the go-to technical voice across DevOps,

SysAdmin, and Security teams while raising the bar for the engineers around you.

Your Stack

8+ Years in the Trenches:

Proven mastery in enterprise network engineering and VMware SDDC environments.

Deep VMware Mastery

Battle-tested experience with VCF, NSX-T, dynamic routing (BGP, IS-IS), and overlay encapsulation (VXLAN/Geneve).

Code-Driven Ops:

Hands-on magic with

Terraform, Python, Ansible, or NetBox .

Modern Workload Ready

Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in Tanzu/Kubernetes CNI or NSX ALB (Avi Networks).

Communication

English C1 (Fluent). Spanish or German is a fun bonus!

Ready to shape the network?

If you meet most of the stack above—regardless of background, gender identity, or neurotype—we want to see your application.

Let’s build something great together.
