About The Role

Partner with the Regional & Business leaders, Finance, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)



Strategy & Transformation team, to understand business strategies, recommend best real estate strategies for all type of assets (manufacturing, distribution, office/labs,..) and advise on risk mitigation.
Monitor regional real estate governance and reporting on KPIs evolution.
Lead regional M&A; Facilities deliverables (due diligence, integration/separation).
Engage stakeholders to advise, challenge, influence decision as needed ensuring not only financial outcomes, but also workplace vision and strategic long-term company and BU goals.
Assess business case, develop strong roadmaps and manage local brokers to successfully execute real estate strategies.
Collaborate cross functionally to manage capacity, prioritize Capex and Facilities budget.
Innovate with a capacity to stretch and support/lead General transformation initiatives.
