YOUR EXPERIENCE o Technical/Enterprise Architect with Mainframe Modernisation experience. o Years of experience within the Banking Industry. Understanding of Banking solutions (origination and/or servicing). o Exposure to implementation in a Financial Services or Banking Industry. Project Management and/or delivery/execution experience. o Availability for travelling. o Fluent in English, written and spoken.



o Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels. o Ability to conduct workshops/discussions with the client and develop creative and breakthrough solutions to customer challenges. o People development and team building skills. o Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to anticipate, understand and respond to Client needs shaping the behavior in accordance to the situation. o Collaboration, team orientation and stewardship.
