You find and sign creators, work with the creative strategist to turn winning angles into briefs they can shoot, get the work back fast, and use what the ad account rewards to decide who stays on the roster. You’ll move with the creative strategist, creative coordinator, paid media, and the creators themselves, translating our mission into video prospects stop for. You’ll be measured on creator performance, not the number of files delivered.
