* Financial Review: Conduct daily financial reviews including invoice verification, expense examination, and internal control compliance checks, covering Spain and France operations. * Warehouse Finance Support: Track warehouse operating costs, assist with inventory-related financial reviews, and support cost allocation and expense recharge processes. * Month-end/Year-end Closing: Assist with period-end closing activities, including journal entry posting, accruals, prepaid expense processing, and intercompany reconciliations. * Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between local operations teams and the central finance department, supporting audit, tax filing, and compliance work. * Other Support: Provide additional finance and operational support as business needs evolve, including process optimization and system implementation.



Requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree or above; Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related major preferred. * Experience: 1–3 years of finance or accounting experience; candidates with logistics, supply chain, or multinational company experience are preferred. * Language: Fluent English (speaking, listening, reading, writing); Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus. * Skills: Proficient in Excel; familiarity with ERP systems preferred. * Professional Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting principles and VAT/tax compliance processes. * Location: Madrid, Spain or Paris, France. #J-18808-Ljbffr
