As a Procurement Solutions Manager (AI) within Global Procurement, you design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions to modernize procurement processes. You work closely with procurement experts, AI engineers, and governance teams to turn opportunities into scalable, enterprise-ready implementations. Your work improves productivity, speed, and decision-making while ensuring data protection and auditability.

- Identify high-impact AI use cases with procurement teams and translate needs into solution designs.
- Design intelligent workflow logic and embed AI agents into procurement systems to automate end-to-end tasks.
- Develop rapid proofs-of-concept using low-code/no-code tools and internal data sources.
- Monitor agent behavior and reliability using observability tools and iterate on prompts and workflows.
- Own the solution delivery from discovery to scalable rollout, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with governance, IT, compliance,



and analytics to ensure scalable, auditable, and secure AI solutions.
- Advise on build-vs-buy-vs-self-service decisions and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
- Translate technical progress and risks into clear narratives for decision-making.

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years in AI, data, digital transformation, automation, or related delivery roles.
- Proven track record delivering productive AI agents and agentic workflows in complex environments.
- Fluent understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, APIs, databases, and workflow orchestration; observability practices.
- Hands-on prototyping with low-code/no-code tools and basic scripting/data manipulation; able to hand off to engineering for scale.
- Product or program management experience with discovery, prioritization, and roadmapping.
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder leadership.
- Knowledge of data privacy, compliance, security, and enterprise readiness. xugodme
- Education in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; English business level (German preferable).
