Analyze and interpret company KPIs and health metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Recommend ways to optimize and improve company projects

Identify site improvement opportunities with the Product and Data & Insights teams by analyzing key site indicators

Monitor competitors and the jobs sector, and share analyses across the company

Generate ideas for data products with different teams and support their development

Propose possible solutions for data products

Manage projects with the teams involved and measure their success

Create reports to track project progress and address specific or one-off needs

Требования

At least 2 years of experience in eCommerce or an online company

Experience working with product teams, data scientists, sales, marketing, or other business stakeholders

Experience defining, implementing, and measuring online products

Proactive, analytical, and data-driven approach; ability to work in a team and interest in the digital sector

Strong summarization skills, attention to data quality, and customer, user,



and stakeholder orientation

Ability to interpret data, derive relevant insights, and translate business questions into analytical needs

Advanced user of analytics tools, including GA4, BigQuery, and Looker Studio Будет плюсом: Marketplace and B2B experience, databases and advanced SQL, dbt, Databricks, Claude Code, Databricks Genie, Python, Tableau dashboards
