This is an onsite position, reporting to our Port of Spain office.

identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization, and help leaders make informed, data-driven decisions that shape the future of the organization. In addition, you will leverage Microsoft Copilot and other automation tools to modernize reporting processes and eliminate manual work.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Technology Operations Analyst, you will:

• Deliver financial analysis and budget visibility for Technology leadership
• Develop advanced Excel models, dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
• Analyze budgets, forecasts, spending, commitments, and variances to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Monitor technology vendor expenses, software subscriptions, purchase orders, renewals, and invoices
• Create executive-ready presentations and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights
• Investigate discrepancies, reporting gaps, and unusual financial results
