We are currently seeking a talented individual for the Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to Dutch-speaking clients,



maintaining the highest standards of the Customer Support Services industry
Resolve complex inquiries and technical issues through effective communication and proactive problem-solving
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the company database
Collaborate with international teams to optimize workflows and enhance the overall customer experience
Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets to ensure service excellence
Contribute to the positive and collaborative culture of the Sofia office
Requirements
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
Valid EU passport is required for all candidates seeking Dutch-speaking jobs in this location
