Sabadell Zurich is a joint venture established by Banc Sabadell and Zurich to manage bancassurance and distribute insurance through banking channels. It operates across life, pension, and general insurance through three companies and forms part of Zurich Group in Spain.

Задачи

Analyze business needs and identify the best IT solutions to transform them into successful projects

Execute IT projects within agreed plans, budgets, available resources, and quality standards

Manage and escape project risks and dependencies

Supervise and direct daily maintenance and enhancement activities

Ensure reliable and secure operation of services and applications

Collaborate with external teams throughout the execution of IT projects for the Life and Pensions application

Facilitate internal and external relationships with suppliers, business areas, IT areas, and other stakeholders.

Требования

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM, preferably computer science or an equivalent field

At least 2 years of experience in IT projects in insurance, banking, or related sectors

English B2

Technical knowledge of Mainframe environments, including Cobol, DB2, and TSO

Willingness to learn other technologies and new working methodologies

Commitment to the organization and a strong sense of responsibility





Proactivity, innovative thinking, dynamism, and teamwork

Analytical and planning skills

Customer orientation and strong communication, synthesis, and negotiation skills

Nice to have: experience with other programming languages.
