We are currently seeking a talented professional for the Hungarian Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Hungarian-speaking clients, ensuring prompt and accurate service delivery.
- Resolve complex inquiries through various support channels, including phone, email, and live chat.




- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions that meet specific user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical or process-related issues efficiently.
- Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery protocols within the customer support services department.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs to qualify for monthly performance bonuses.
- Document all interactions accurately within the CRM database, maintaining professional standards at all times.
- Native or fluent Hungarian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
- Previous experience in customer support services or a client-facing environment is preferred.
