YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and plan distribution transport orders in the Catalonia area .
- Register and manage customer transport orders in the company’s IT systems, ensuring the correct entry and tracking of orders received via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) .
- Carry out the daily operational control of the distribution fleet, monitoring productivity, compliance with established KPIs and operational costs.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods in the cross-dock area, ensuring efficient operational flows in collaboration with warehouse teams and drivers.
- Maintain smooth and effective communication with customers, suppliers, drivers and different internal departments to ensure the correct execution of services.
- Manage operational issues and propose solutions to minimise their impact on daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with established operational procedures and quality standards.




- Identify continuous improvement opportunities in transport and distribution processes, contributing to service optimisation and operational cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with other internal departments regarding order management.
- Follow standard protocols.

YOUR PROFILE
- Vocational Education and Training qualification in Logistics and Transport, Administration and Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in transport, distribution, logistics or operational management will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.
- You are organised, solution-oriented and able to work effectively in dynamic environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- You are able to deal with unexpected situations while remaining calm and, through clear and effective communication, motivate those involved to work
