Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical and account support to Polish-speaking players via live chat, email, and ticketing systems.
- Represent major gaming titles with professionalism, serving as the primary point of contact for the user base.
- Troubleshoot in-game issues, payment concerns, and account security queries specific to the Esports ecosystem.
- Engage with the gaming community to foster positive sentiment and loyalty toward the brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate critical bugs or systemic issues found within gaming platforms.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of gaming trends and platform updates to provide accurate, real-time assistance.




- Contribute to internal performance metrics, ensuring top-tier service levels and satisfaction scores.
- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
- Proven passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and familiarity with current gaming trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset suitable for high-pressure support environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English to ensure seamless internal reporting.
- Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site Polish Speaking Player Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
