Drive general impact through operational excellenceAt Ivoclar, we are looking for a high-impact Cost Excellence Manager to drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and OPEX transformation initiatives across our global organization.In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting the implementation of sustainable efficiency measures across functions and regions.Your roleIdentify and drive cost reduction opportunities across all relevant cost areas.Lead OPEX and cost optimization programs from analysis to implementation and tracking.Partner with business functions to improve cost structures and efficiency.Establish cost transparency through KPIs, benchmarking, and reporting tools.Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior stakeholders.Support global transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare decision proposals and business cases for senior management.Your profileDegree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field6+ years of experience in cost optimization, consulting, FP&A, controlling, or procurementProven track record in OPEX, cost reduction, or transformation programsStrong skills in financial analysis, cost modeling,
