Role Overview:Ourclient is looking for a Senior Product Manager – Payments & Acquiring under aB2B (business-to-business) contractto own and shape its Card Acquiring proposition across card-present and e-commerce payments, driving product growth, innovation, and commercial performance.Project:FintechLocation:ESStart Date:ASAPDuration:12 months, remote, full timeLanguage:EnglishHourly rate:35-50 EURKey Responsibilities:Own and execute the product strategy for Card-Present and e-commerce acquiring, aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.Lead the development and scaling ofPOS and e-commerceacquiring propositions, including unattended POS use cases where relevant.Actively monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, identify opportunities, and respond to competitor activities.Own product and feature planning, development, testing, launch, and continuous optimization.Drive acquiring economics and commercial performance, including merchant pricing, interchange, scheme fees, processor costs, and profitability.Lead cross-functional teams andmake product decisions, challenge technical solutions, and represent the productwith external partners.Establish scalable business processes and ensure effective handover to responsible teams.Must-Have Requirements:5+ years of Product Management experience, with significant experience inpayments,



fintech, banking, or financial services.Proven experience launching, developing, or scalingCard-Present acquiring / POS products, combined with strong e-commerce acquiring experience.Strong understanding of CP and CNP acquiring, payment processing, authorization, settlement, and the broader card-payment ecosystem.Experience working with payment processors, POS terminal vendors, gateways, acquirers, acquiring banks, or card schemes.Strong understanding of acquiring economics, including merchant pricing, interchange, scheme fees, processor costs, and acquiring profitability.Experience withVisa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.Knowledge of legislation, standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to payment and acquiring products.Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic mindset, with the ability to make data-driven product decisions.Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical, commercial, and senior stakeholders.Proficiency in English (spoken and written).Experience withOpen Banking / A2A paymentsis a strong advantage.Experience with SQL, databases, SDLC, Jira, and Confluence is an advantage, but not a core requirement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
