David Kennedy Recruitmentis working with a specialist golf club rental company that helps travelling golfers enjoy their holidays without transporting their own equipment, and is seeking to onboard anOperations & Customer Service Coordinatorto join their team in Palma de Mallorca.This is a varied, hands-on position combining golf equipment preparation, rental coordination, customer service and local logistics, with full ownership of the day-to-day operation on the island.Position: Operations & Customer Service CoordinatorLocation: Palma de Mallorca, SpainModel: On-siteEmployment type: B2B contractDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Clean, inspect and prepare complete golf club sets for each rental bookingCheck every set contains the correct clubs, bags and accessories and is presented to a high standardCoordinate and carry out equipment deliveries and collections at agreed customer locationsManage reservations, scheduling, stock availability and equipment returnsRespond professionally to customer enquiries, calls and emails, resolving issues promptlyTrack golf sets, identify missing or damaged equipment and maintain accurate recordsTake ownership of the daily workflow,
