Join us at Zendesk, where we're on a mission to power exceptional service for every person on the planet. We’re seeking a Partner Sales Executive to drive partner-led growth in the South EMEA region. In this role, you’ll recruit and scale strategic partners, execute regional partner GTM motions, and enable partners to sell AI-enabled Zendesk solutions that improve customer experience and drive predictable partner-sourced revenue.

Lead co-sell motions and mid-to-large commercial deals with partners, coordinating with Zendesk account teams and partner sellers to increase win rates and deal velocity.

Enable partners to monetise Zendesk solutions: develop repeatable onboarding, enablement, and packaged offerings that shorten time-to-revenue.

Communicate Zendesk’s AI strategy to partners and customers—translate product capabilities into clear partner use cases and commercial opportunities.

Maintain partner pipeline health, forecast accuracy,



and regular performance reviews; Collaborate with regional Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to execute partner campaigns and improve partner experience.

8+ years in partner/channel sales, alliance management, or partner GTM roles in SaaS/software, with quota-carrying experience.

~ Experience managing commercial negotiations and leading deals through partner-led motions (mid-market to enterprise).

~ AI fluency: able to explain Zendesk’s AI value proposition and translate AI capabilities into partner-friendly use cases and monetisation approaches.

~ Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior partner stakeholders.

~ 8+ years in partner/channel sales, alliance management, or partner GTM roles within SaaS/software, with quota-carrying experience.

~ Prior experience packaging partner-ready offerings or service-led plays that accelerate partner sales.
