Experteer Overview In this role you will be the main technical and escalation contact for post-sales service customers across EMEA, driving service solutions with partners. You’ll help grow services, enable partners, and ensure high-quality delivery of data center solutions. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to advocate for customers and improve service outcomes. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on Customer success and growth in a fast-paced environment.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting, escalating when needed
- Assist with onboarding and user training for our product/service
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and upselling
- Advocate for customers within the company and relay feedback to product/engineering
- Monitor KPIs related to satisfaction, retention, and service delivery; report on performance




- Maintain proactive communication about product updates and best practices
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, product management, and customer success to ensure a seamless experience
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge bases, and FAQsResponsabilidades
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
- English fluency; additional languages welcome
- Minimum 5 years in IT industry with partners and sales experience
- Experience with IT Enterprise Infrastructure services (Linux, Windows OS, Network and Storage) and Data Center operations
- Strong interpersonal, project management, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to manage projects, milestones, and deliverables across multiple levels and partners
- Strong listening, verbal, and documentation skills
- Customer-focused mindset and quality-driven approach
